St. Luke Chancel Choir

St. Luke Praise Band

The Praise Band plays at the contemporary worship service on Sunday mornings at 11:15 a.m. They also participate occasionally in the traditional worship service, in combined worship, and other special services. The band consists of guitars, keyboard, drums and vocalists. The members of the band are thankful for the talents that God has given them and are grateful for the opportunity to use them for His glory.

St. Luke Hand Bell Choir

The Handbell Choir first organized in 1985 under the direction of Pat Huff who continues as director.  The choir rings five octaves of Schulmerich bells and four octaves of Schulmerich chimes.  The ringers employ various bell techniques to enhance their music with several members ringing four-in-hand. Member Dave Huff arranges music for the choir and has several published arrangements. The choir rehearses weekly and rings once a month for the traditional service. Two of the highlights for the St. Luke Handbell Choir were participating in the world-wide ringing of "Make Me an Instrument of Thy Peace" on Easter Sunday of 1998 and ringing at General Assembly of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in 2004.  There are eleven regular members of the choir and two substitutes. Prospective members should have a music background.  Contact Pat or Dave Huff for further information.
